So I went to my favorite recipe website, Two Peas and Their Pod to get the Quinoa chili recipe that I mentioned in an earlier post... but then I realized that it's not really chili weather anymore. So... I found a new recipe to try, for Quinoa Salad. I will be testing this…

Hey Adren, I'm glad you like the gi. Drawstring pants are the way to go, for sure! :)
And... as for freezing soy. You can... but prepare yourself for a change in the consistency. It's worse with the firmer tofus, but the silken does it a bit too. Basically, freezing tofu dries it out. So it gets kind of crumbly. Sometimes that's a good thing, but crumbly smoothies? Uh uh. Haha. Still, if it's not 100% tofu, you might be better off. Are you mixing the tofu with a juice or yogurt? We'll talk out the details...
