While I was training with Paul, my Muay Thai coach yesterday, he asked me in his incredibly thick Scottish accent, "Phil! how much do you weigh?" I was in the middle of one of his medicine ball workouts which was all but the embodiment of pure evil, and groaned "175 pounds I think." This is a day late, I meant to add my journal entry yesterday. But better late than never. I've had some trouble getting into my routine because of my ankle. I sprained it pretty bad last month when I was sparring. Despite my ankle being tender I still managed to get in a couple classes at my gym last week.
