Elevate Youth Academy East Sacramento's Best After-School Program
Safe and Fun After School Program that your kids will love
We consider ourselves an integral part of the village that helps parents instill valuable character traits, beliefs, and habits in their children. Habits such as self-discipline, the ability to stay calm under pressure, the appreciation of teachers, parents and other mentors, and the value of proper diet, exercise, and education in a happy and fulfilling life.
Our program gives kids a safe place to come, learn about martial arts, and make new friends in a fun, social, and educational setting to provide you with the peace of mind you need.

In between classes, staff and assistants will disinfect surfaces throughout the dojo, including handles, door knobs, benches, and the training floor.

Bring your Own Water Bottle
Students are encouraged to bring their own water bottles as the drinking fountain will be off-limits to prevent a point of contact.
Greeting with a Bow
In the martial arts, we have a long-standing tradition of greeting each-other with a bow. We will keep this tradition while eliminating hand-shakes and high-fives, reducing our amount of contact.
