Greta Karagianes, a movement educator with over twenty years of classical training and expertise, brings precise, playful, and inspired guidance to spin students’ painful movement patterns into sustainable, solid movement gold.

Three Things You Should Know Before Engaging in Pilates School

    Each week, we come together to practice physically and mentally challenging tasks. This experience can be awkward or perplexing, but it improves over time and is part of the Pilates method's ingenious design. Come to class precisely as you are, bring a towel, bring your sense of humor, and share the fun experience with fellow students.

  • The Core is more than the abdominals

    A person's core can have multiple meanings, and the Pilates method aims to synthesize them all into an experience of personal empowerment.
