Some of you have wondered how in the world I plan to achieve all of the goals that I laid out for myself for the coming year. 50,000 push-ups and sit ups? Run a 1,000 miles? Run every kata 1,000 times? I do it the same way we do everything. One day at a time. Here’s how my day looks for tomorrow.

7:00 am – Meditate
7:15 am – 75 push-ups/sit-ups
7:30 am – breakfast
8:00 am – run 3 miles
8:45 am – 75 push-ups/sit-ups
9:00 am – Make and order posters for Weave fund-raiser/self-defense class. Plan sac kindness project website if time.
10:30 am – Run all kata twice
11:30 am – Train at auburn dojo
1:00 pm – lunch
2:00 pm – blog/video
3:00 pm – Commute to sac dojo
3:50 pm – Teach classes/Run all kata once
8:00 pm – Commute home
8:45 pm – Dinner
9:30 pm – Meditate
9:45 pm – Read/Research
Throughout the day, I also plan on getting some snacks in while I drive/work. It’s important to keep our bodies fueled when we are working this hard and grazing (eating every few hours) is much better for you than three big meals. I’ll be chugging down the water as well.
