Zen Martial Arts LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, (“Zen Martial Arts”) owns and operates the internet website available at ZenMartial.com (“Website”) and the application called “Four Houses App” (“App”). Our Website and App are collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Application”. Unless the context requires otherwise, a reference to the “Application” includes all modifications, enhancements or updates thereto, and includes all associated printed, online or electronic documentation and instructions relating to it.
Zen Martial Arts believes in protecting the privacy of the users of the Application. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is provided to inform you how we use, collect and protect the information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy also provides information on how you can contact us of you have any questions. Please note that by accessing the Application, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy and our User Agreement.

Zen Martial Arts does not collect any personal information from you unless you provide personal data such as your name, address, telephone number and email address to us on for requesting information or register with our Application.
- Information Collected Automatically From Application Users
Zen Martial Arts and our IT service providers (such as Google Analytics) may use common internet technologies, such as cookies, log files, web beacons or clear gifs to keep track of your use and interactions with the Application. Cookies are text files placed on your computer, to help us to analyze how users use this Application. Log files are files that record events that occur in a particular system such as software applications. Web beacons or clear gifs are generally transparent graphic images that are placed on a website and are used to monitor the access of content by users of a website. We may also be able to obtain information about your mobile device (such as your device’s IP address, operating system and your email addresses).
We may also use the information collected from you to notify you of changes to the Application or our services, to send you marketing information or to conduct market research. If you do not want to receive any marketing information from MyStudio, you may unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email received from us.
- Data Center Location
Zen Martial Arts uses third party cloud service providers (such as Firestore/Fireshare) in secure data centers located in the United States for the Application.
- Data Retention and Change of Control
Zen Martial Arts will retain your information as long as your account is active and as necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our User Agreement and other legitimate business or legal purposes.
We do not control data that you have shared with others (such as Businesses, Members or service providers such as payment processing providers) or data that was copied out of our Application. If you have any concerns regarding this data please contact the respective Studio, Member or service provider directly.
Zen Martial Arts may share your data in the event of a considered or actual sale of our company or assets, merger or a change of control. In such event, the buyer will have the right to continue to use your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Communication Preferences
Every marketing email from Zen Martial Arts contains instructions on how to opt out of receiving further marketing emails from us. In general, you may update or change your registration information by editing your user account. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our marketing emails.
- Access Of Our Website By Minors
You herewith confirm that you are not a minor. If you grant access to the Application to a family member who is a minor, you may request removal of content or information that was posted by such minor on the Application. Please note however that this request does not ensure complete of comprehensive removal of content or information posted on our Application.

We use certain security features to protect your data (such as HTTPS), trusted IT and payment processing providers that regularly monitor our Applications for possible attacks from unauthorized third parties. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the information received from you is not subject to a breach by an unauthorized third party and may be accessed, destroyed, modified or used without your consent. You need to understand and agree that Zen Martial Arts does not provide any warranty that your data is 100% safe from an unauthorized access of a third party.
