This week has been amazing. First off, I got my driver’s license. After 6 months of having my permit and practicing driving, I was finally able to take my driving test. I was very nervous but the test was over before I knew it and I did really well. My test day also happened to be my puppy Diva’s first birthday, so I made her a carrot cake in a ramekin to celebrate. I also went with my mom, stepdad, and stepsister to the Rupaul’s Drag Race Werq the World tour. We have been watching Drag Race for the last several months and it was amazing to see the queens in person as well as experience the atmosphere of a drag show. On Friday I had my first solo drive. I went to see the Barbie movie with one of my friends. The movie was incredible and super funny with a good message about the patriarchy. This week concluded with my dad and I’s biannual trip to our family cabin in Idaho. The drive is about 11 and a half hours and with my new license I was able to drive a portion of it.
