Lucas Grant: Week 15

In Uncategorized by Lucas Grant1 Comment

This was another relaxing week, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t productive. My big personal project presentation is coming up next week so there is some stress from that, but it’s not something I can’t do. I need to make a presentation for that, so I am thinking of making a google slideshow and then putting a timelapse of my 3D model work. Also adding some background slides to give the audience a better idea of what they are looking at. The audience is going to be a panel of 3 teachers that will grade me on a scale of 1-8. It is rare to get an 8 but I will try my best to achieve that. This project will determine if I can come back to school for 11th and 12th grade, so the pressure is on.

Another thing this week I did is my, Dad and I put a spoiler on the back of my car. I think it makes it look a lot more sporty and gives some more bulk to the back of it. that bulk balances out the car more so I think it looks better. It wasn’t very hard to do either, the installment was quite simple. All we had to do was drill holes on the trunk in their correct spots and then screw the spoiler down.

My test is going pretty well, the workout has become a routine so now I don’t dread doing it everyday. And I’ve been getting my miles in by riding my back to school almost everyday, but the rain is halting my endeavors. Nevertheless even with the rain I still go out there and bike.

  1. Lucas, it is good to hear that you are working on your car with your dad. He knows alot and can fix anything. Good luck on your school project to enter the 11th grade.(I am sure you can do it)!! Keep biking and push ups. Love. G
