Every month, I meet with our young students that have decided to become an “apprentice” Sensei. We cover various leadership topics from leading class to organizing community events. This month we tackled “Vision” and how helpful it is to have a clear vision to keep you moving in the right direction. I challenged these young leaders to create a vision statement for our dojo.
