Week 53 – Dirk Herfurth

Unfortunately, I was hit with a sickness just before Christmas, which meant I had to power through at work and lost a few practice days at the dojo. However, now that Christmas has arrived, I’m looking forward to some downtime and the opportunity to catch up on my training.

In fact, David san and I have made a plan to practice at the dojo every day between the years. We know that it takes consistent practice and dedication to reach our goals, and we don’t want to lose any momentum during the holiday season.

While it’s important to rest and relax during the holidays, it’s also important to stay active and keep our skills sharp. By training at the dojo every day, we hope to start the New Year off on the right foot and continue making progress towards our black belt goals.

I hope you are also able to find a balance between rest and training during the holiday season. Wishing you all the best and a Happy New Year!
