This weekend my brother came back from college to visit for a few days. In those few days I had the opportunity to attend a UC Berkeley Football game! One of our family friends’ son goes to UC Berkeley so my family, including my brother, had a chance to go see the Cal Bears football game. I’ve never gone to any type of football game so I was pretty excited. A few things that I noticed are, on TV the football fields look so much bigger than they do in real life, I was shocked to see how small they really are. Not to say it would be easy to run across or anything, I have so much respect for the players out on the field. The Cal bears were up against the Idaho Vandals, It was a pretty close game but during the last 2 quarters the Bears pulled through and won the game by 2 touchdowns. It was awesome to hear the stadiums erupted into cheers as the timer hit 0 and it was confirmed that the bears have won. I also got to walk around the UC Berkeley campus, and if I do say so myself, it is very pretty. I don’t think I would ever want to attend there but It is very pretty so see nonetheless. Overall this weekend was super fun and I’m glad I got to see my brother.
