Cooper Riegel – Week 15

There wasn’t much going on this week. I went with my mom and stepdad to see the new movie, Cocaine Bear. Overall it was pretty funny and I enjoyed it. What made it even better was coming home to see actual bears ransacking the neighborhood trash cans. It is a set of 3 young bears that have been coming to our neighborhood for a while. Apart from the bears, we celebrated Mole Day in Chemistry at school. We were a little late as Mole Day is from 6:02am to 6:02pm on October 23rd. The date and time represents Avogadro’s number, used to determine how many particles are in a mole of a substance. Nevertheless, we made stuffed mole plushies out of felt that were meant to be mole puns. Mine was called “Smoleder” and it was made of black felt with felt flames on both sides. The rain has kept me inside for most of the week, apart from going out to see our 2 horses, Duckie and Nacho.
